Before officially opening The Tea Room, we're inviting a small group of guests to join us for our Preview Sessions.

These reservation only experiences are an opportunity to enjoy The Tea Room before opening day while helping us thoughtfully refine every detail. As one of our preview guests, we'll invite you to share your honest feedback following your visit. Your insights will help us prepare to welcome future guests with care and intention.

Each Preview Session includes:

• A 90 minute hosted experience

• A guided tasting of three seasonal loose leaf teas

• A personal pot of your favorite tea, selected from our full collection

• A thoughtfully curated assortment of seasonal bites

• Accompaniments that may include locally sourced jams, curds, clotted cream, honey, and butters

Offerings may vary based on seasonality, sourcing, and ingredient availability.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies at this time.

Each Preview Session welcomes up to six guests, creating an intimate and personalized experience.

The Tea Room was created as a space to slow down. Centered around loose leaf tea and intentional service, each reservation is an invitation to step away from the pace of the day and settle into something quieter, more thoughtful, and more present.

These Preview Sessions are offered by invitation as we prepare for our official opening. Your reservation allows us to thoughtfully pace each seating and create the experience as it is intended to be enjoyed.

If your plans change, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your reservation at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer your seat to another guest.

Following your visit, we'll invite you to share your honest feedback. Your perspective will help us thoughtfully refine the experience before welcoming the public this September.

We encourage guests to arrive on time so you can enjoy the full experience alongside the other guests in your seating.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot accept any changes or cancellations. We accept returns (except for artwork) for products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Bath and body products, candles and food items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. All returned items that are not damaged or defective must be returned in saleable condition.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is incorrect, damaged or defective.  

Customers are responsible for return shipping and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. If the item received is incorrect, damaged or defective then shipping will be refunded along with the cost of the item. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days with payments being reimbursed within 14 business days.

If a return or exchange is necessary, please use your preferred return shipping method and ensure that the item is properly packaged and insured. We cannot refund any payment if the return is damaged due to insufficient packaging or lost in transit during the return process. Please send your return to:

Artwork: All of our artwork is final sale and there are no returns on any artwork purchases. Please inspect your artwork upon receipt and please note any damages at the time of delivery.
